Issue #3 should have been #1. Lending on mobile homes is predatory to the extreme as banks see the property as depreciating very quickly (in most models as fast or faster than a mobile RV) but just as importantly, the borrowers are uneducated and uninformed of their rights, so the bullshit fees and interest rate margins both grow exponentially as the financial intelligence of their borrowers go down.

But I don't agree with their surmise that the cost of crops is keeping farmers from turning marginal farmland into trailer parks. No crop short of cannabis is going to make as much per acre as a trailer park.

Dude - Every single available acre is plowed.  It's actually an environmental tragedy.
